Sunny and Wondrous, Cat Cousins
tells of two cousins who want their cats to become best friends. The felines, who meet at a family celebration, have other ideas—hide and pretend, hiss and claw. Finally, they choose to communicate from their hearts. A great lesson on turning feuds into friendship and solving challenges peacefully!

- A flier for you to photocopy and post
- A permission slip for student purchase of book (for you to photocopy/send home)
About Our Presentation:
- We meet with 20-40 students in a classroom or library. One teacher per 20 students, please. For multiple presentations, we prefer to stay in one setting. Parents welcome.
- We give a 40-minute presentation:
- Introduction and dramatic reading of book
- Discussion and Q&A
- Time to purchase books (personally signed by the authors)

- One presentation a day is $125.
- Two presentations a day is $175.
- Three presentations a day is $250.
- Each participating teacher receives one free book for her/his classroom library.
- Each student receives Sunny and Wondrous book mark.

- Gain permission from your administration for the event.
- Talk up the event with your students and participating colleagues!
- Post fliers.
- Send home and collect permission slips & checks for students to purchase books
- Prepare your students for respectful participation.
- Arrange for a check to be made to Gnatcatcher Children’s Books. Send it to the address on the letterhead or have it ready on the day of presentation.
- Oversee room setup. We require, simply:
- Presentation area on same level with students, with two chairs and two small tables
- Student seating in semi-circle, in chairs or on rug, with front row 5-7 feet from us
